Before your first service, a brief Good Faith Exam (GFE) with one of our licensed providers is required. This is a quick telehealth call that typically takes about 5 minutes and is valid for one year once completed. After booking your first appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to complete a short questionnaire and schedule your telehealth call. Please make sure this step is completed before arriving for your appointment. Many clients choose to complete it right from their car before coming in.

Due to our small, intimate space, we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest unless they have an appointment scheduled or you’ve checked with us in advance to ensure there is enough space. This helps us keep wait times minimal and ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.
